Sessions are $130/hour. I have a limited number of sliding scale sessions. If you are interested in sliding scale, please mention this when you contact me.

This work is not psychotherapy. I am not a licensed professional counselor or licensed psychotherapist. I do not diagnose or treat conditions listed in the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) and I am not a crisis or addiction counselor. Where therapy often focuses on diagnosis and treatment, this work centers on presence, reflection, embodiment and cultivating life-serving skills that benefit your relationship to yourself and others. If you’re navigating a mental health crisis or need clinical care, please seek a licensed provider.
